Key Responsibilities

Beverage Preparation & Service

Prepare signature cocktails, classic drinks, and customized beverages with accuracy and flair.

Maintain high standards of beverage presentation, taste, and consistency.

Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and create personalized drink experiences.

Ensure proper setup and cleanliness of the bar before, during, and after service.

Guest Interaction

Provide warm, attentive, and professional service at all times.

Understand guest preferences and tailor beverages accordingly.

Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback courteously and effectively.

Creativity & Menu Development

Participate in designing and developing cocktail menus and seasonal beverage promotions.

Experiment with ingredients, garnishes, and techniques to create innovative drinks.

Stay updated with global mixology trends and techniques.

Inventory & Equipment Management

Ensure accurate stock usage, requisitions, and storage of beverages, syrups, and garnishes.

Minimize wastage and maintain cost control.

Check, clean, and maintain bar tools and equipment regularly.

Compliance & Safety

Follow hygiene standards, sanitation procedures, and food safety guidelines.

Comply with alcohol service regulations and hotel policies.

Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free bar environment.

Diploma or certificate in Hospitality or Bartending is preferred.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a bartender or mixologist, preferably in a 4–5 star hotel or upscale bar.

Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, liqueurs, cocktails, and mixology techniques.

Creativity in drink creation and garnishing.

Excellent communication and guest-relation skills.

Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain high service standards.

Professional appearance, positive attitude, and attention to detail.

Basic to good English communication.
