Event Operations

Supervise the preparation, setup, and breakdown of banquet rooms according to event orders and hotel standards.

Ensure proper arrangement of tables, chairs, linens, décor, AV equipment, and service stations.

Coordinate timing, service flow, and event transitions to ensure smooth operations.

Address last-minute changes and support the Banquet Manager in executing event plans.

Guest Service

Welcome event hosts and ensure all requirements are understood and met.

Respond promptly to guest requests, concerns, and special instructions during events.

Maintain high service standards throughout the event, ensuring professionalism and guest satisfaction.

Team Leadership & Coordination

Assign tasks and supervise banquet staff, ensuring proper grooming, punctuality, and performance.

Conduct pre-shift briefings to communicate event details, service standards, and duties.

Train and guide banquet team members to ensure consistent, high-quality service.

Inventory & Equipment Management

Monitor and maintain banquet equipment, supplies, and linens.

Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of service items.

Report damages, losses, or maintenance needs promptly.

Compliance & Safety

Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards.

Follow hotel policies and safety procedures during setup, service, and cleanup.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas and back-of-house spaces.

Yêu cầu công việc

Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma or certificate in Hospitality or related fields preferred.

Minimum 1–2 years of banquet or F&B supervisory experience, preferably in a 4–5 star hotel.

Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage large groups.

High attention to detail and service-oriented mindset.

Professional grooming and strong interpersonal skills.

Basic to good English communication.
