Mô tả công việc

Conduct random checks on the kitchens and test check on the portion of the food items being prepared to ensure that it is as per specification.

Ensure that the staffs concerned sign all entertainment checks and indicate the name of the client and the reason for the entertainment on the entertainment check.

Assist Receiving in the checking of goods as and when needed to ensure and determine that deliveries are correct and within the required specifications.

Yêu cầu công việc

Vocational Certificate in Accounting or related field.

Four year experience in accounting, familiar with Sun and MC system is advantage, Has good knowledge of Hotel Operation, Focus on cost of food and beverage, Inventory is advantage.

Proficient of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office.

Good Communication and writing skills.
