Mô tả công việc

Food Preparation & Cooking

• Prepare and cook dishes according to approved recipes, portion control, and presentation standards.

• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and plating for all dishes from the assigned section.

• Prepare mise-en-place efficiently to support timely service.

Section Management

• Oversee daily operations of the assigned kitchen section (hot kitchen, cold kitchen, grill, etc.).

• Monitor stock levels, ensure proper storage and FIFO rotation, and submit requisitions as required.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper functioning of kitchen equipment.

Quality, Hygiene & Safety

• Comply with all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (HACCP).

• Ensure correct labeling, storage, and handling of food items.

• Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.

Team Leadership & Training

• Supervise and guide Commis Chefs and kitchen assistants.

• Provide on-the-job training to maintain culinary and safety standards.

• Promote teamwork and a professional kitchen environment.

Operational Support

• Assist with banquet production and special events when assigned.

• Coordinate with service teams to ensure smooth food delivery.

• Follow opening, closing, and cleaning procedures at all times.

Yêu cầu công việc

Qualifications & Requirements

• Culinary diploma or professional kitchen training.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Chef de Partie or in a similar role, preferably in a 4–5 star hotel or reputable restaurant.

• Strong cooking techniques and knowledge of kitchen operations.

• High attention to detail and quality standards.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Team-oriented, responsible, and professional attitude.

• Basic English communication preferred.
