Key Responsibilities
Guest Service & Front Desk Operations
Greet spa guests courteously and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.
Handle spa reservations, confirmations, modifications, and cancellations accurately.
Provide detailed information on spa services, treatments, packages, and promotions.
Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures in accordance with spa SOPs.
Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary.
Sales & Revenue Support
Promote and upsell spa treatments, packages, and retail products to maximize revenue.
Maintain accurate booking schedules to optimize treatment room utilization.
Support daily sales targets and contribute to overall spa revenue performance.
Administration & Cash Handling
Manage billing, payments, and POS transactions accurately.
Maintain guest records, appointment logs, and daily reports.
Ensure cash handling procedures are followed according to hotel policy.
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate closely with spa therapists to ensure smooth scheduling and service flow.
Communicate guest preferences, special requests, and treatment details clearly to the spa team.
Liaise with Front Office and other departments to support guest needs.
Hygiene, Safety & Standards
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the spa reception area at all times.
Ensure compliance with spa hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
Adhere strictly to hotel policies, grooming standards, and brand guidelines.

Yêu cầu công việc
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or certificate in Hospitality, Tourism, Spa Management, or related fields is preferred.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a spa, wellness center, or hotel front desk role.
Experience in a 4–5 star hotel or luxury spa environment is an advantage.
Excellent guest service and communication skills.
Strong sales awareness and upselling ability.
Good command of English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
Proficient in reservation systems, POS, and basic computer applications.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Professional appearance with a friendly and service-minded attitude.
