BLUE F!t Instructor (Huấn luyện viên BLUE F!t)

Nhiệm vụ & Trách nhiệm chính

• Trực tiếp hướng dẫn các lớp BLUE F!t theo chương trình của TUI BLUE (gym, functional training, stretching, aqua fitness, yoga, v.v.).

• Chuẩn bị, kiểm tra và sắp xếp khu vực tập luyện, trang thiết bị trước và sau mỗi buổi tập.

• Hướng dẫn khách tập luyện đúng kỹ thuật, đảm bảo an toàn và phù hợp với thể trạng từng khách.

• Tạo không khí sôi động, thân thiện và mang tính truyền cảm hứng trong các buổi tập.

• Tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt các quy định về an toàn, vệ sinh và tiêu chuẩn dịch vụ của khách sạn.

• Phối hợp với bộ phận Giải trí / Fitness / Spa trong việc xây dựng lịch hoạt động hàng ngày.

• Ghi nhận phản hồi của khách và báo cáo cho Trưởng bộ phận để cải thiện chất lượng dịch vụ.

• Đại diện hình ảnh thương hiệu TUI BLUE thông qua phong thái chuyên nghiệp và tích cực.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct BLUE F!t classes and activities according to TUI BLUE programs (gym sessions, functional training, stretching, aqua fitness, yoga, etc.).

• Prepare, check, and maintain training areas and equipment before and after each session.

• Guide guests with correct techniques, ensuring safety and adapting exercises to different fitness levels.

• Create a lively, friendly, and motivating atmosphere during all activities.

• Ensure full compliance with hotel safety, hygiene, and service standards.

• Coordinate with the Entertainment / Fitness / Spa team to organize daily activity schedules.

• Collect guest feedback and report to the Supervisor for service improvement.

• Represent the TUI BLUE brand through a professional appearance and positive attitude.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Có kiến thức và kỹ năng về thể hình, fitness, thể thao hoặc các bộ môn vận động.

• Có chứng chỉ huấn luyện viên thể hình, yoga, aerobic hoặc tương đương là lợi thế.

• Giao tiếp tốt, năng động, tự tin trước đám đông.

• Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh cơ bản đến khá; biết thêm ngoại ngữ khác là lợi thế.

• Sức khỏe tốt, ngoại hình ưa nhìn, thái độ tích cực và tinh thần dịch vụ cao.

• Sẵn sàng làm việc theo ca, cuối tuần và ngày lễ.

Job Requirements

• Knowledge and practical skills in fitness, sports, or physical activities.

• Relevant fitness, yoga, aerobic, or instructor certifications are an advantage.

• Strong communication skills, energetic and confident in front of groups.

• Basic to good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.

• Good physical condition, pleasant appearance, positive attitude, and strong service mindset.

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
