Technician/Engineer (Nhân Viên Kỹ Thuật)

Bảo trì & sửa chữa

• Thực hiện bảo trì, sửa chữa các khu vực phòng khách, khu công cộng, khu hậu cần và khu vực nhân viên.

• Tiếp nhận và xử lý kịp thời các yêu cầu sửa chữa phát sinh.

• Bảo trì, sửa chữa các hệ thống điện, nước, cơ khí, HVAC và xây dựng cơ bản.

• Tham gia xử lý các sự cố kỹ thuật khẩn cấp.

Bảo trì định kỳ & kiểm tra

• Thực hiện công tác bảo trì định kỳ theo kế hoạch.

• Kiểm tra thường xuyên để phát hiện hư hỏng, nguy cơ mất an toàn.

• Báo cáo kịp thời các sự cố nghiêm trọng cho cấp trên.

An toàn & tuân thủ

• Tuân thủ các quy định về an toàn lao động, phòng cháy chữa cháy và môi trường.

• Sử dụng đúng trang bị bảo hộ lao động trong quá trình làm việc.

• Tham gia kiểm tra hệ thống PCCC và diễn tập khi được yêu cầu.

Báo cáo & phối hợp

• Ghi chép, cập nhật hồ sơ bảo trì, sửa chữa đầy đủ.

• Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để đảm bảo vận hành khách sạn thông suốt.

• Hỗ trợ giám sát nhà thầu, sửa chữa cải tạo khi được phân công.

• Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của cấp quản lý.

Maintenance & Repair

• Perform routine maintenance and repair works for hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house, and staff areas.

• Attend to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.

• Repair and maintain electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems.

• Respond to emergency maintenance situations as required.

Preventive Maintenance & Inspections

• Carry out preventive maintenance tasks according to established schedules.

• Conduct regular inspections to identify faults, defects, or safety risks.

• Report major defects or technical issues to the Engineering Supervisor.

Safety, Compliance & Standards

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and environmental regulations.

• Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

• Support fire safety checks, testing, and emergency drills when required.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance works performed.

• Complete job cards, logs, and reports as required.

Coordination & Support

• Coordinate with other departments to support daily hotel operations.

• Assist with renovation projects, pre-opening activities, and contractor supervision when assigned.

• Perform other duties assigned by Engineering Supervisor or management.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

• Tốt nghiệp trung cấp/cao đẳng kỹ thuật chuyên ngành Điện, Cơ khí, Kỹ thuật hoặc tương đương.

• Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực kỹ thuật; ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm tại khách sạn 4–5 sao.

• Am hiểu hệ thống kỹ thuật tòa nhà.

• Có khả năng xử lý sự cố, làm việc độc lập và theo nhóm.

• Chịu được áp lực công việc và làm việc theo ca.

• Giao tiếp tiếng Anh cơ bản là lợi thế.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Technical diploma or certification in Electrical, Mechanical, Engineering, or related fields.

• Previous experience in maintenance or engineering roles; experience in a 4–5 star hotel is an advantage.

• Good technical knowledge of building maintenance systems.

• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
