B. Beverage Preparation & Quality Control

• Prepare and serve classic cocktails, signature cocktails, and craft cocktails according to standard recipes.
• Create and propose innovative cocktail recipes aligned with the bar’s concept and guest preferences.
• Ensure consistency in flavor, presentation, portion control, and service speed.
• Maintain high standards of beverage quality, hygiene, and food safety at all times.

C. Product Knowledge

• Possess strong knowledge of spirits (Whisky, Gin, Rum, Vodka, Tequila, Brandy), liqueurs, bitters, syrups, and garnishes.
• Provide professional beverage recommendations based on guest preferences and food pairing when applicable.
• Stay updated on cocktail trends, modern mixology techniques, and industry best practices (e.g., shaking, stirring, muddling, layering, infusions)

• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized bar (counters, glassware, equipment).
• Restock service wells and bar supplies according to specifications.
• Operate and maintain bar equipment safely and report malfunctions.

E. Administrative & Team Support

• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Assist with bar setup/breakdown, inventory receiving, and stocking.
• Collaborate with the Senior Bartender/Supervisor on staffing or operational needs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

A. Experience & Skills

Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Bartender, with strong cocktail expertise.

Solid mixology skills and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.

Creativity in cocktail development is a strong advantage.

Good understanding of hygiene, food safety, and bar operating standards.

B. Knowledge & Attitude

Passionate about mixology and the F&B/hospitality industry.

Professional appearance and strong sense of responsibility.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

C. Language Skills

• Language: intermediate in English (verbal and written). Proficiency in Chinese or Korean is a significant advantage.
