Mô tả công việc

Develop marketing strategy: Plan and implement marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.
Advertising and promotion: Operate advertising and promotion campaigns on different media channels such as television, radio, network television, social networks, and email marketing.
Content creation: Develop and produce engaging promotional content such as videos, images and text to attract customers' attention.
Media management: Build and maintain relationships with media and marketing partners to increase the hotel's presence in the media.
Analyze and evaluate: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to measure effectiveness and adjust strategy when necessary.
Budget management: Manage the hotel's marketing budget and ensure that all costs are used effectively and efficiently.
Support the sales department: Work closely with the sales department to develop marketing strategies to increase sales and strengthen customer relationships.
Be responsible for keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety.
Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Minimum of 1 years in a hotel
Have excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Good teamwork skills & creativity
