General Activities:

• To ensure the legitimacy and accuracy of the account payable ageing balances

• To ensure that the payment process is initiated on a timely basis

• To collect enough/sufficient all payment-related documents and initiate creditors’ payments in accordance with hotel policies and procedures in term of payments solve supplier related queries and provide necessary explanations

• To ensure the legitimacy and accuracy of the account payable ageing balances.

• To perform all Accounts Payable sub-ledger postings and to verify that Accounts Payable sub- ledger and General Ledger balances agree

• To print a system generated payment summary and ensure the prompt payment of all invoices selected

• Prepare supplier aging

• Regular payment runs based on credit period as per supplier terms and volumes

• Maintain a control list of cheques/Payment orders issued and signed

• Stamp the invoice as "PAID" with date, cheque number, account code, journal voucher number on the invoice

• Reconciliation Payment Bank account.

• To answer all queries from suppliers in a professional manner

• Bachelor degree with major in Finance and Accounting.

• Minimum 1 years of experience in Hotel as similar position.

• Candidates with Hotel experience and familiar with SUN, MC systems are preferred.

• Good English communication.

• Excellent in excel.
