Job Summary

In-Room Dining Server provides a discreet, professional, and personalized food and beverage service to guests in the privacy of their rooms or suites. This role is key to delivering exceptional luxury service and creating memorable in-room experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Order Delivery & Service Setup: Deliver orders accurately and promptly. Professionally set up the meal in the guest's room according to standards.

Personalized Service: Present the menu, explain dishes, and offer personalized recommendations. Serve food and beverages with proper etiquette.

Discretion & Privacy: Maintain the highest level of discretion and respect for guest privacy at all times.

Billing & Post-Service: Handle payment transactions accurately. Clear trays and equipment from rooms after service.

Coordination & Preparation: Work closely with the kitchen and order taker to ensure order accuracy and timing. Prepare trolleys and equipment before service.

Yêu cầu công việc

Graduated from College/University in Hospitality/Tourism Management or a related field.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and a pleasant, friendly personality.
Previous experience as a Server in a hotel restaurant is highly preferred.
Impeccable personal presentation, etiquette, and a service-oriented attitude.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain composure under pressure.
Trustworthy, discreet, and respectful of guest privacy.
