1. Financial Management & Reporting / Quản lý & Báo cáo Tài chính

Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. / Giám sát việc lập các báo cáo tài chính và báo cáo quản trị hàng tháng, quý và năm chính xác, đúng hạn.

Lead the annual budgeting process and prepare regular budget execution reports, analyzing variances and advising management. / Dẫn dắt quy trình lập ngân sách hàng năm và lập báo cáo thực hiện ngân sách định kỳ, phân tích chênh lệch và tư vấn cho ban lãnh đạo.

Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded, classified, and summarized in accordance with accounting standards. / Đảm bảo tất cả giao dịch tài chính được ghi chép, phân loại và tổng hợp đúng theo chuẩn mực kế toán.

Manage cash flow planning, forecasting, and ensure sufficient funds for operations. / Quản lý việc lập kế hoạch, dự báo dòng tiền và đảm bảo đủ vốn cho hoạt động.

2. Internal Control, Audit & Compliance / Kiểm soát Nội bộ, Kiểm toán & Tuân thủ

Develop, maintain, and enforce a robust system of internal controls and accounting policies to safeguard assets and ensure data reliability. / Xây dựng, duy trì và thực thi hệ thống kiểm soát nội bộ và chính sách kế toán vững chắc để bảo vệ tài sản và đảm bảo độ tin cậy của dữ liệu.

Act as the primary liaison with external auditors; coordinate the annual audit process and ensure timely implementation of recommendations. / Là đầu mối liên lạc chính với kiểm toán viên bên ngoài; phối hợp quy trình kiểm toán hàng năm và đảm bảo thực hiện kịp thời các khuyến nghị.

Ensure full compliance with all financial regulations, tax laws, and other government legislation. / Đảm bảo tuân thủ đầy đủ các quy định tài chính, luật thuế và các luật lệ khác của chính phủ.

Review and authorize payment vouchers, journal entries, and bank reconciliations. / Xem xét và phê duyệt các chứng từ chi trả, bút toán và bản đối chiếu ngân hàng.

3. Leadership & Department Management / Lãnh đạo & Quản lý Bộ phận

Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting team; plan training and identify potential leaders. / Giám sát, hướng dẫn và phát triển đội ngũ kế toán; lập kế hoạch đào tạo và xác định nhân sự tiềm năng.

Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll. / Giám sát việc xử lý bảng lương chính xác và đúng hạn.

Foster teamwork and efficient operations within the department and across the hotel. / Thúc đẩy tinh thần đồng đội và vận hành hiệu quả trong nội bộ bộ phận và toàn khách sạn.

4. Strategic Advisory & Business Partnership / Tư vấn Chiến lược & Đối tác Kinh doanh

Advise management on financial planning, cost reduction, profit improvement, and financial risk management. / Tư vấn cho ban lãnh đạo về lập kế hoạch tài chính, giảm chi phí, cải thiện lợi nhuận và quản lý rủi ro tài chính.

Analyze financial data to provide insights for pricing strategies and operational decisions. / Phân tích dữ liệu tài chính để cung cấp thông tin chiến lược cho việc định giá và các quyết định vận hành.

Coordinate effectively with heads of other departments to support overall business objectives. / Phối hợp hiệu quả với trưởng các bộ phận khác để hỗ trợ các mục tiêu kinh doanh chung.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certification (CPA, ACCA) is a strong advantage. / Bằng Cử nhân trở lên về Kế toán, Tài chính hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan. Chứng chỉ chuyên môn (CPA, ACCA) là một lợi thế lớn.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting/finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the hospitality industry (hotels, resorts). / Tối thiểu 5-7 năm kinh nghiệm phát triển trong lĩnh vực kế toán/tài chính, với ít nhất 3 năm ở vị trí quản lý trong ngành Khách sạn/Dịch vụ lưu trú.
• In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), tax regulations, and financial reporting. / Hiểu biết sâu sắc về Chuẩn mực Kế toán Việt Nam (VAS), quy định về thuế và báo cáo tài chính.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate a team. / Kỹ năng lãnh đạo đã được chứng minh với khả năng phát triển và động viên đội ngũ.
• High proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel. / Thành thạo phần mềm kế toán và MS Excel nâng cao.
• Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. / Tư duy chiến lược với kỹ năng phân tích, giải quyết vấn đề và giao tiếp xuất sắc.
