The Barista is responsible for delivering high-quality coffee, beverages, and light refreshments while providing warm, professional, and personalized service to guests. This role contributes directly to guest satisfaction by ensuring consistency in product quality, cleanliness, and service standards in line with New World Saigon Hotel’s luxury hospitality values.
