Business Planning Analyst - Chuyên viên phân tích kế hoạch kinh doanh

Main roles

Analyze sales and operational data; monitor business performance, trends, and variances.

Prepare management reports and presentations in Excel and PowerPoint, primarily in Korean.

Support forecasting, budgeting, and business planning activities.

Prepare analytical materials for management meetings and strategic reviews.

Coordinate with departments to collect and validate data for reporting purposes.

Provide Korean - Vietnamese interpretation/ translation support during meetings when required.

Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all financial and business information.

Perform other duties related to business planning, analysis, and reporting as assigned by the Chief Financial Officer.

Supportive roles

Maintain a close, cooperative relationship with other departments to guarantee effective communication.

Implement and coordinate cooperation as a supporting department for business operation.

Ensure smooth work cooperation among departments and always provide support not to cause any interruptions in business operation.

Fluency in Korean (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).

Intermediate - level English proficiency is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields preferred).

Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
