Sales Manager

Sales & Revenue Growth

• Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets across A&U restaurant brands
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase corporate dining, events,
• partnerships, and group bookings
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to maximize revenue growth

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and key guests
• Handle major sales opportunities, negotiations, and partnership discussions
• Ensure excellent customer experience to encourage repeat business and longterm partnerships

Sales Coordination

• Work closely with restaurant operation teams to ensure smooth execution of events and bookings
• Supervise and support the Sales Executive in daily sales activities and follow-ups
• Monitor market trends and provide recommendations to improve sales performance and brand presence

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales, Hospitality, F&B, or related industries
• Strong network and relationships with corporate clients, communities, or potential partners
• Vietnamese nationality
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop business opportunities.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, result-oriented, and passionate about hospitality and customer experience
