- Responsible for daily operations of the pastry kitchen , including preparation, inventory control and cost management
- Develops, designs, or creates seasonal menu and signature dessert that refect both international and local culinary by sourcing high-quality ingredients, with a focus on local Vietnamese products.
- Oversees the production and quality of all pastry and bakery items across the restaurant operations, ensuring timely delivery and consistent in quality and presentation
- Maintain strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Experience in Fine Dining / Omakase is preferred.
- Able to speak in Japanese or English.
- Must be able to communicate with other members of the kicthen team, being able to gracefully receive constructive criticism as well as effectively carry out orders
