Mô tả công việc
- Serve a dish to guest while explaining contents and preparation.
- Serve and clear food and beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner
- Serve all needs for private dining room or private function.
- Complete opening and closing side work as assigned and has all tables set according to standard.
- Provide quick and attentive assistance to any mishap in the restaurant.
- Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by restaurant management and staff.
- Attend all the training subjects to the service staff and follows all rules and policies of the company.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Experience in Fine Dining; experience in Japanese cuisine/Omakase is preferred.
- Able to speak in Japanese or English.
- Must be able to communicate with other members of the team, being able to gracefully receive constructive criticism as well as effectively carry out orders
