1. Job Purpose
Sales Manager (SM) – Corporate supports Asst. Director of Sales & Marketing in developing and maximizing revenue from Corporate (CO) segments. The role focuses on account management, new business development, and execution of sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Corporate (CO) Sales
- Identify and develop corporate accounts such as multinational companies, SMEs, industrial zones, etc.
- Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and presentations.
- Support negotiation and implementation of corporate rate agreements.
- Maintain key and potential corporate accounts and follow up on production.
B. Sales Planning & Market Execution
- Support preparation and execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales action plans.
- Participate in sales blitzes, roadshows, and networking events.
- Coordinate with Marketing on trade promotions, FAM trips, and site inspections.
- Track market trends and competitor activities.
D. Reporting & Administration
- Prepare sales reports including TA & Corporate performance and sales pipeline.
- Update sales tracking systems.
- Assist in forecasting and budgeting exercises.
E. Internal Coordination & Compliance
- Work closely with Revenue Management, Reservations, Front Office, Operations, and Accounting.
- Ensure compliance with sales policies, credit policy, and brand standards.
3. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Revenue contribution from Corporate segments.
- Room nights and ADR by segment.
- Number of active and new Corporate accounts.
- Account follow-up and conversion rate.

Yêu cầu công việc
Education & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 2–4 years of hotel sales experience.
- Experience handling Travel Agent and/or Corporate segments.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Relationship-building and follow-up skills.
- Planning and reporting ability.
- Proficient in MS Office.
Language Skills
- Good spoken and written English.
