F&B Culinary Coordinator (7-month contract)

To report to work within the requested time prior to commencement of duty, well-groomed and to uniform standard.

Type reports, letters, memorandums, forms and correspondence for the kitchen department, maintains filing system.

Sorts and records incoming departments mail; records and route all outgoing correspondence.

Responsible for controls and requests of office supplies.

To give full co-operation with the typing of menus for the Food & Beverage department.

Informs the Executive Chef on all problems related to the kitchen operation and keeps a record of Food and Beverage employees including personal data, promotional or transfer papers.

Ensures the cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen office at all times.

Attends Food and Beverage and kitchen meetings, keep attendance, types minutes and distribute to all concerned.

Handles requests brought up by other departments concerning kitchen.

Preparation of Purchase requests and follow up with supplier for the date of arrival.

Types monthly breakage report, revenue report and guest comments statistic report.

To maintain professional confidentiality and never disclose company secrets.

Channels all guests inquiries and correspondence for future bookings till materialized.

Have experience at the same position as an admin in hotels & Resorts
