- Handle reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms | Xử lý yêu cầu đặt phòng qua điện thoại, email và các nền tảng trực tuyến
- Assist guests with booking and provide accurate information | Hỗ trợ khách đặt phòng và cung cấp thông tin chính xác
- Update and maintain reservation records in the system | Cập nhật và duy trì hồ sơ đặt phòng trong hệ thống
- Coordinate with Front Office and other departments for guest requests | Phối hợp với Lễ tân và các bộ phận khác để đáp ứng yêu cầu của khách
- Ensure all reservations comply with hotel policies and standards | Đảm bảo tất cả đặt phòng tuân thủ chính sách và tiêu chuẩn của khách sạn
- Handle changes, cancellations, and special requests promptly | Xử lý thay đổi, hủy đặt phòng và yêu cầu đặc biệt nhanh chóng
- Follow safety and company policies | Tuân thủ quy định an toàn và chính sách công ty
- Support team and maintain positive working relationships | Hỗ trợ đồng nghiệp và duy trì quan hệ làm việc tích cực
- Perform other duties as assigned | Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu

The resort offers 7 restaurants and bars, 1 grand ballroom and 3 meeting spaces at a total event space of 880 SQM. Facilities include 2 main pools, 2 children pools, winding river, kids club, teenagers club, fitness center and spa with 8 treatment rooms and reflexology zones. The Resort is located approximately a 15-minute drive from Cam Ranh International Airport, and a 40-minute drive to the Nha Trang city center, the capital of Khanh Hoa Province. The Resort is projected to open in Q3, 2025.
