Hygiene Officer

• Conduct routine inspections of kitchen areas, storage rooms, and other F&B facilities to ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
• Monitor and support the implementation of hygiene and food safety procedures across all F&B operations.
• Assist in conducting hygiene and food safety training and awareness programs for employees.
• Check ingredient quality, expiry dates, food labeling, and sample retention records regularly.
• Work closely with Kitchen and F&B teams to maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic working environment.
• Record inspection findings, prepare hygiene reports, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Support internal audits, external inspections, and food safety certification requirements.
• Ensure all hygiene documentation and records are accurately maintained and updated.

• Degree in Food Safety, F&B, Hospitality, or related fields.
• Experience in hygiene, QA, or similar roles.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.
• Analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and training skills.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate with multiple departments.
• Strong record-keeping and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Good English communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing).
