Mô tả công việc

1. Job Purpose

The Marketing Executive is responsible for executing and implementing all marketing and media activities based on the strategy, direction, and priorities defined by the Director of Sales & Marketing (DOSM). The role focuses on hands-on execution, content production, media management, and daily marketing operations to support brand visibility and sales objectives.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Marketing Execution

- Execute marketing plans, campaigns, and initiatives as directed by DOSM.

- Translate approved strategies into practical actions, content, and materials.

- Ensure timely and accurate execution of all assigned marketing tasks.

- Act as the main executor for all marketing-related activities.

B. Media & Digital Channels

- Manage and operate daily digital channels including website content and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).

- Create, schedule, and publish social posts, captions, visuals, reels, and short videos.

- Monitor messages, comments, reviews, and online engagement.

- Coordinate responses with DOSM, Sales, or Operations when required.

C. Content Production & Design

- Produce marketing materials independently such as e-flyers, posters, banners, sales kits, fact sheets, and presentations.

- Use design tools such as Canva (basic Adobe skills are an advantage).

- Monitor photo shoots and video shoots (internal or outsourced).

- Maintain and organize the media library including photos, videos, and brand assets.

D. Campaign & Promotion Implementation

- Implement approved marketing campaigns for Rooms, F&B, MICE, and seasonal promotions.

- Coordinate internally with Sales, F&B, and Operations for content and execution.

- Work with external vendors for printing, digital ads execution, and media production when required.

- Ensure correct and consistent execution across all channels.

E. Reporting & Follow-up

- Track basic marketing performance indicators such as social media reach, engagement, and follower growth, website analytic.

- Prepare regular execution and performance reports for DOSM.

- Provide feedback and observations to support future planning.

3. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- On-time and accurate execution of marketing tasks.

- Quality and consistency of marketing content.

- Social media activity, engagement, and growth.

- Effectiveness of marketing execution in supporting Sales.

- Compliance with brand guidelines and DOSM direction.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education & Experience

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related fields.

- Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on marketing experience.

- Experience in execution-focused or one-person marketing roles is an advantage.

- Hospitality or service industry experience preferred.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong execution and follow-through skills.

- Content creation and copywriting ability.

- Practical design skills (Canva required).

- Good coordination and time-management skills.

- Ability to work independently under clear direction.

Language Skills

- Good written and spoken English.

- Additional languages are an advantage.
