Mô tả công việc
- Ensure security, safety, and fire prevention across the entire residential-hotel complex.
- Develop, implement, and supervise security, safety, and fire prevention policies; manage the internal fire safety team and handle arising issues.
- Organize training sessions, fire drills, and guide staff in handling emergency situations (fire, violence, incidents).
- Supervise staff compliance with safety regulations and coordinate the integration of safety into work processes.
- Assist with cash transportation together with the Accounting department when required.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints related to security, ensuring service quality.
- Arrange work schedules, supervise duty shifts, organize meetings, and evaluate staff performance to enhance department efficiency.
- Prepare, monitor, and control the department budget.
- Report regularly on incidents, security and safety status, and corrective measures to the Hotel Manager.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Management.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor Degree/Diploma in any field. Additional work experience may substitute for degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the security field, or 2 years of experience in a similar position at a 4-star hotel/residential serviced apartment.
- Security management or First Aid certification is an advantage. Good communication skills; foreign language skills are a plus.
- Knowledge of local and national security and safety laws.
- Honest, responsible, observant, discreet, in good health, and with no criminal record.
