Mô tả công việc

Assist in preparing documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence (emails/letters) as assigned.
Draft and format meeting minutes, notices, memos, and internal communications.
Organize, file, and maintain records (soft/hard copies) in a structured and confidential manner.
Support document circulation for approvals and signatures; track status and follow up with relevant departments.
Assist in managing the GM’s calendar and appointment schedule (as assigned).
Coordinate meeting logistics: meeting invitations, agenda preparation, room booking, attendance list, materials, and follow-ups.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the GM / PA to GM in line with business needs.

• Allowance VND 500.000/month (minimum 3 months internship)

Yêu cầu công việc

• 9.5 working hours/day (30 minutes for duty meal) and 05 working days/week

• Fluent English

• Commit to work for at least 3 months

• Strong communication
