Mô tả công việc

- Develop and implement the hotel’s digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.- Manage and optimize the hotel website to ensure accuracy, usability, and conversion.

- Plan, execute, and monitor digital campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.

- Manage social media platforms in coordination with Marketing Communications.

- Oversee online advertising including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.

- Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics and KPIs.

- Prepare regular digital marketing reports and insights for management.

- Optimize SEO and SEM performance to increase organic and paid traffic.

- Manage email marketing campaigns and database segmentation.

- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms and online content.

- Coordinate content creation for digital channels including text, images, and videos.

- Work closely with Sales, Revenue, and E-commerce teams to support online sales.

- Manage digital marketing budget and ensure cost efficiency.

- Monitor online reviews, ratings, and reputation in coordination with relevant teams.

- Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and platform updates.

- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and corporate digital standards.

- Manage relationships with digital agencies, vendors, and technology partners.

- Support digital marketing activities for promotions, events, and special campaigns.

- Identify opportunities to improve customer journey and online engagement.

- Perform other digital-related duties as assigned by the Director of Marketing.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Preopening period is plus.- Strong knowledge of digital channels: website, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.

- Hands-on experience with digital tools and analytics platforms.

- Good communication skills in English with strong analytical and results-driven mindset.

Yêu cầu hồ sơ

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in hospitality or service industry.
