The HR Coordinator (C&B) supports the effective administration of compensation, benefits, and HR operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience in line with company policies and local labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

• Support monthly payroll preparation by coordinating attendance, leave, overtime, and benefits data.
• Administer employee benefits programs including insurance, social insurance, PIT, allowances, and other welfare schemes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee compensation and benefits records.

HR Operations

• Prepare HR documents such as contracts, amendments, confirmations, and employee letters.
• Maintain and update employee personal files and HR systems.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including benefits enrollment and clearance.

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
• Prepare HR reports related to headcount, payroll, benefits, and costs.
• Support audits and inspections when required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in HR, preferably in Compensation & Benefits.
• Good knowledge of labor law, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy.
• Proficient in MS Excel and HR systems.
• Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
