Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products

Assist with monthly stock takes, follow up of variance discrepancies discovered in the end of month reports

Liaising with Restaurant Manager & Executive Chef to control stock movement and transfers

Any other duties as directed by the Restaurant Manager & the Executive Chef

Assist with the compilation of new menus and beverage lists

Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations

Maintain adequate stock of office supplies, initiate necessary requisition for approval of the Executive Chef

Monitor F&B stock levels to ensure adequate stock levels maintained

Assist to create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses

Perform food samples and laboratory testing, and prepare corresponding reports following HACCP guidelines

Ensure all records are kept properly and consistently

Assist to control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste

Solid understanding of hospitality procedures and best practices

Strong numeracy and basic accounting skills and sound knowledge of computer programs, Microsoft Word, Excel, and others

Positive attitude, communicates effectively, work under pressure, and works efficiently

Have a strong commitment to customer service and attention to detail

1- 2 years of work experience in a similar role at Hospitality management experience

Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and work under pressure to meet deadlines and undertake project work on a personal assignment basis and to follow through until completion
