Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager

• Support the Director of Marketing & Communications in executing the overall social and digital communications strategy for the Resort.

• Develop and manage monthly content and social media calendars for the Resort’s social channels, as well as Oku and Bar Jade Instagram accounts.

• Lead monthly digital marketing planning in close partnership with the appointed digital agency.

• Drive high quality storytelling across all social and digital platforms, including the creation of three (3) SEO-optimized blog articles per month.

• Manage daily community engagement across all assigned social media channels, ensuring timely, on-brand interactions.

• Ensure all content on the Resort website and online platforms (including SABA and other third-party channels) remains current, accurate, and brand-aligned.

• Produce strong written content, with responsibilities including copywriting, basic content production, and basic video editing.

• Manage KOL and influencer collaborations, from contracting and briefing through on-site execution, ensuring alignment with the Resort’s key messaging and brand standards.

• Execute and optimize digital marketing initiatives (Paid Social, PPC, SEO, SEM) in collaboration with the Director of Marketing & Communications and Assistant Director of Marketing, with a clear focus on driving website traffic and revenue generation.
