Mô tả công việc

- To support the Purchasing Manager / Assistant Purchasing Manager in ensuring the smooth running of purchasing operations.

- To put ROBINSON concept into practice

- Responsible for the hotel's purchasing.

- Interacts and cooperates with the storekeeper- receiving, Kitchen, F&B, FO, Spa, SE EN, and other concerned

- Handling Daily Market List, Groceries, delicatessen, routine printing matter, bar and paper supplies….

- Prepare monthly food price comparisons.

- Ensures the quotation is kept up to date.

- Ensures Purchase History Card is kept up to date.

- Ensures the quality of goods meets the hotel standard.

- Monitor that goods are received on time at receiving.

- Notifies Chief Accountant of price increase greater than 10%.

- Review purchase requisition and Purchase Orders and check competitive bids before forwarding to the Chief Accountant.

- Ensure all Purchase Requisitions.

- Follow up pending Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order with the department concerned.

- Update outstanding PR to the respective Department

- Performs special duties as required by the direct manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Background or formal training in purchasing or a related field, preferably in business or hospitality

- Strong English communication skills (German is an advantage)

- Excellent attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills

- Experience in handling daily purchasing operations, supplier coordination, and market price comparison

- Ability to ensure product quality, timely delivery, and updated purchase records

- Proactive, responsible working attitude and flexibility to adapt to hotel operations
