- Job Title: F&B Sales Executive (Restaurant Sales)
- Department: F&B
- Reports to: Restaurant Manager
- Location: Búp Sky Cuisine – Rooftop Restaurant
- Job Objectives
- Increase restaurant revenue by developing group business (Group), events (Event), meetings/conferences (MICE/Meeting), and expanding individual dining (A la carte), office/corporate walk-in clients, and international guests.
- Ensure fast lead response, high booking conversion, and smooth coordination with operations to deliver guest satisfaction and repeat visits.
- Key Responsibilities
- A. Group/Event/Meeting Acquisition & Development
- Proactively source group business from companies, agencies, tour operators, DMCs, event planners, and communities/groups.
- Build and maintain a B2B customer portfolio, including HR/Admin teams, event partners, wedding planners, business communities, etc.
- Plan and manage the sales pipeline: outreach – pitch – follow-up – negotiation – closing.
- Organize site inspections: invite clients for venue tours, present the space, skyline view, set-up options, and service standards.
- Develop and recommend suitable group/event packages such as set menus, buffets, canapés, cocktail receptions, meeting packages, free-flow options, aligned with client budgets.
- B. Handling Messages/Calls & Leads from All Channels
- Receive and respond to inquiries via Facebook/Instagram/Zalo/WhatsApp/Website/OTA/Front Office/Concierge/partners.
- Provide fast, accurate consultation based on client needs: date/time, number of guests, table preference, menu, promotions, deposit, and booking terms.
- Close bookings: confirm details, issue booking confirmation, collect deposits (if applicable), and update the system/logs.
- Closely follow up on pending bookings to drive decisions and secure confirmations.
- C. A la carte Consultation & Upselling
- Consult and secure a la carte reservations for local and international guests: recommend signature dishes, combos, happy hour, wine pairing, sharing sets.
- Upsell appropriately: better seating upgrades, special menus, cakes, décor, free-flow packages, wine, platters, etc.
- Handle special requests professionally: birthdays, anniversaries, dietary needs, preferred seating/view requests, etc.
- D. Developing Local, Office, and International Guest Segments (Local & Expat)
- Build relationships with nearby office clients, buildings, coworking spaces, and expat communities.
- Propose and execute seasonal mini-campaigns such as lunch deals, after-work offers, corporate dinners, small-group set promotions.
- Coordinate with Marketing to generate consistent leads through content, promotions, partnerships, and KOL/community collaborations.
- E. Operational Coordination & Service Quality for Groups/Events
- Coordinate with FO/F&B/Bar/Kitchen on final menus, timelines, set-up, staffing, and sound/lighting needs (if applicable).
- Prepare BEO / Function Sheets (or internal forms) for group/event bookings.
- Monitor event execution to ensure commitments are met, handle on-site issues, and support the host/client throughout the event.
- F. Reporting – Data – Process Improvement
- Manage lead and customer data: ensure accurate updates in CRM/Google Sheets/Booking log.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports: lead volume, conversion rate, channel revenue, top accounts, booking forecasts.
- Recommend improvements in booking workflows, deposit policies, and consultation scripts to increase conversion and service quality.

Yêu cầu công việc
- 1–2 years experience in F&B/Restaurant/Hotel/Event Sales (B2B/MICE/Group sales experience is a strong advantage).
- Existing network with agencies/event planners/tour operators is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Professional multi-channel handling: chat/call/email, fast response, and service mindset.
- Upselling/cross-selling capability with guest-focused consultation.
- Strong organization: pipeline tracking, reporting, and follow-up discipline.
- Good conversational English (preferred) to support international guests.
- Sales-driven, proactive, persistent, and able to work under KPI pressure.
- Detail-oriented with booking accuracy and clear deposit/change/cancellation terms.
- Team player with strong cross-department coordination.
