Mô tả công việc
- Present menus and explain daily specials
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
- Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and handle requests politely
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Handle bills and process payments correctly
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area and service stations
- Follow hygiene, safety, and restaurant standards
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service

Yêu cầu công việc
- Friendly, polite, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work under pressure during busy hours
- Basic knowledge of food, beverages, and menu items
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role
- Basic English communication skills
- Knowledge of POS systems (optional)
