• Ensure daily housekeeping operations deliver flawless room readiness and brand-standard cleanliness.
• Continuously stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance products, services, and overall departmental performance in line with Six Senses wellness and sustainability standards.
• Lead, rejuvenate, and oversee departmental operations across guestrooms and public areas, ensuring consistent adherence to LQA standards through regular on-site presence.
• Drive exceptional guest experiences by leading a highly engaged team, proactively handling guest feedback, and ensuring effective service recovery when required.
• Ensure full compliance with legal, statutory, financial, safety, and security requirements, maintaining all documentation, reporting systems, and operational protocols.
• Review and optimize room amenities, services, products, and pricing to remain relevant, innovative, and aligned with brand standards.
• Manage departmental budgets responsibly, closely monitoring costs to drive profitability while preserving required service and quality standards.
• Maintain clear cross-departmental communication and participate in required meetings and briefings, supporting smooth operations and executing additional duties as assigned by the General Manager.

• Qualified for the Executive Housekeeper role with proven experience in luxury hotel operations and strong performance results.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Business Management, at least five years’ experience in similar operational roles.
• Possess advanced technical skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and hands-on experience with OPERA and other hotel systems.
• Demonstrate strong operational knowledge of hotel/resort procedures, including room allocation policies, with excellent command of written and spoken English and understanding of local culture.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of Six Senses brand standards, guidelines, rules and regulations, facilities, and services.
