Asset Accountant / Kế toán Tài sản

Record, monitor, and reconcile fixed assets in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.

Maintain asset register and ensure accuracy of asset classification, depreciation, and disposal.

Conduct periodic physical verification of assets and coordinate with relevant departments.

Prepare asset-related reports 

Support budgeting and forecasting by providing asset-related data.

Ensure compliance with internal controls and external audit requirements.

Assist in process improvement for asset management and accounting efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in asset accounting or general accounting.

Knowledge of accounting standards and asset management practices.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently.

Good communication skills
