• Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional first impression of the resort.
• Offer comprehensive information on local attractions, dining, and activities in Phu Quoc.
• Make reservations for restaurants, transportation, and various guest activities.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve complaints with empathy and efficiency.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local events and maintain an organized concierge desk.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Assist with luggage and promote resort amenities and services when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and preferences.

• Excellent English communication skills; fluency in Vietnamese is highly desirable.
• Previous concierge or front desk experience in a high-volume luxury hotel or resort.
• In-depth knowledge of Phu Quoc Island and its various attractions.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and strong computer skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and solve problems with attention to detail.
• Flexible to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Professional appearance and the physical ability to stand for long periods and assist with luggage.
• A degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
