• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in holiday planning, events, or luxury tourism.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a professional team.
• Superior organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in specialized event planning software and financial budgeting.
• Deep expertise in the Phu Quoc and Vietnamese tourism markets.
• Dedicated to guest satisfaction with a history of delivering premium experiences.
• Available for flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
