• Manage and mentor a team of content creators by providing guidance and constructive feedback.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in content management or a similar digital role.
• Proven track record of creating and implementing successful content strategies.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English.
• Proficiency in Content Management Systems (CMS) and SEO best practices.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their specific content requirements.
• Experience using analytics tools to measure and report on content performance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.
• Creative thinker with up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends.
