Mô tả công việc

Perform proper purchasing procedure in accordance with the hotel policies and procedures: Monthly market list for food items, manage food and beverage price, review/ follow up all PR/PO and send daily PO in FutureLog, manage purchase contract/ request list, manage food safety and hygiene documentation….
Maintain good relationship with user department and suppliers.
Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Must be familiar with most of the regular items procured by the hotel
Ensure that purchases are not done in arms length and that no commission or other forms of rewards are compromised in the negotiation
