Job Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

Manage reservations and confirm guest information

Escort guests to appropriate tables

Introduce the restaurant and menu when necessary

Coordinate with service staff and managers to ensure smooth operations

Handle initial guest feedback and report to management

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
