Mô tả công việc
- Oversee and manage the entire housekeeping and laundry function of the hotel. Sets and reviews standards and ensures that they, through effective training, they are communicated to all Housekeeping staff.
- Ensure that all public, guest-facing and back of house areas of the hotel are properly cleaned at all times.
- Ensure health & safety requirements are adhered to.
- Ensure that departmental SOPs are current and in effect and available for all employees to use as reference, revise and update when necessary.
- Coach and guide new members of the team, putting in place proper orientation training and ongoing training and development for team members.
- Ensure records are maintained for linen inventory, uniforms, and other items as applicable.
- Ensure that lost and found articles are stored properly and that the correct logs are maintained.
- Plan manpower requirements to achieve an efficient usage of labour, considering business needs and seasonal trends.
- Prepare yearly budgets for housekeeping & laundry.
- Makes recommendations to the General Manager the upkeep of furnishings, facilities, and equipment, ensuring they are clean and in good repair.
- Work with team colleagues across the hotel to ensure all guest requirements are met.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor degree in hotel management.
- At least 02 year experience at the same role.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning standards, and procedures.
- Familiar with hotel PMS systems and housekeeping software.
- Good understanding of health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Knowledge of linen, laundry, and inventory control.
- Awareness of cost control and budgeting in housekeeping operations
- Good English communication.
