Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Management: Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries. Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations. Ensure the office environment is organized and fully functional.
Communication & Correspondence: Draft, format, and distribute professional emails, memos, letters, and reports. Maintain effective communication channels within the department and with other stakeholders.
Schedule & Meeting Coordination: Proactively manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls. Coordinate logistics for meetings, including room booking, agenda distribution, and minute-taking.
Document & Data Management: Create, update, and maintain organized physical and digital filing systems. Handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Assist in data entry, report generation, and presentation preparation.
Travel & Event Support: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for staff as required. Provide logistical support for company events, workshops, and team activities.
Project Assistance: Provide administrative support for ongoing projects, including tracking deadlines, compiling materials, and facilitating communication among team members.

Yêu cầu công việc
- College diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years of proven experience in an administrative, coordinator, or executive support role.
- High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management tools/software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
- Professional demeanor, discretion in handling confidential information, and a strong service-oriented attitude.
