Assistant Reservation Manager | Trợ lý Quản lý Đặt phòng ( Base HCM

Ensure all reservation inquiries and emails are responded to in a timely manner (within 24 hours)

Handle guest requests related to room types, special arrangements, and approved discounts, in coordination with the Reservation Manager

Support accurate reservation entry, updates, and maintenance in the Property Management System (PMS)

Assist in monitoring travel agent allotments and overbooking situations, and report irregularities promptly

Coordinate closely with Revenue, Front Office, Sales, and other relevant teams to manage room availability and close-out dates

Handle and resolve reservation-related guest issues or complaints, escalating complex cases when necessary

Support the supervision, coaching, and on-the-job training of reservation team members

Assist in implementing training plans and contribute input for performance evaluations

Support the review and improvement of reservation procedures, workflows, and SOPs

Prepare and assist in generating daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports

Support the Reservation Manager and Director of Revenue in achieving occupancy, ADR, and revenue targets

Ensure Six Senses standards, brand values, and best practices are consistently applied in all reservation activities

Maintain clear and effective communication with all departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Promote professionalism, teamwork, and compliance with all resort policies and procedures

Represent the resort positively in all interactions with guests, hosts, travel partners, and internal stakeholders

Strong knowledge of PMS (e.g., OPERA, MSC) and reservation systems

Good command of English; additional languages are a plus

Strong leadership, training, and team management skills

Experience in inventory control, overbooking management, and guest service

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure

Understanding of revenue reports and cost control

High level of professionalism and guest-focused mindset

Familiar with luxury hospitality standards
