Human Resources Executive - Recruitment

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Take full ownership of end-to-end recruitment for operational, back-office, specialist, and managerial positions across all SCPQ properties.

- Manage job postings, CV screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination with Department Heads

- Act as main contact for candidates; prepare offer letters, probation contracts, and onboarding documentation

- Coordinate onboarding and maintain recruitment records, candidate databases, and new hire files.

- Prepare manpower tracking, recruitment reports, and HR dashboards.

2. Expat & HR Administration

- Take full responsibility for expatriate employment documentation, including Work Permit, Visa, and TRC, ensuring legal compliance.

- Liaise with authorities, service providers, and internal stakeholders; track validity, renewals, and compliance timelines

- Maintain accurate and confidential HR and expat records

3. HR Operations & Coordination

- Manage HR administrative tasks related to recruitment and employee lifecycle

- Coordinate staff uniform planning and labour outsourcing documentation

- Manage recruitment vendors, sourcing channels, and related contracts

- Support recruitment-related travel arrangements and HR documentation.

4. Training & Employer Branding Support

- Coordinate orientation and induction programs for new hires

- Support internship programs, talent pipelines, and employer branding activities

- Assist Training team with internal workshops and HR learning initiatives.

- Housing allowances for those holding a household registration in Phu Quoc;

- A vacation allowance for sailors who work in Phu Quoc;

- Provided with 3-star standard rooms;

- Provided with 3 meals a day;

- Fitness room for sailors

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment or HR Operations

- Hands-on experience in expatriate Work Permit, Visa, and TRC processes

- Experience in hospitality or multi-property operations is an advantage

- Fluent in Vietnamese & English.
