Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Production: Conceptualize, design, and produce a wide range of marketing and communication materials, including but not limited to: digital assets (social media graphics, web banners, email templates), print collateral (brochures, flyers, menus, signage), promotional items, and presentations.

Brand Stewardship: Uphold and evolve the visual identity of Lancaster Legacy. Ensure all creative outputs are aligned with brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in typography, color palette, imagery, and overall tone.

Project Management: Manage design projects from brief to delivery, including timeline estimation, asset preparation, and coordination with printers or external vendors when necessary.

Collaboration & Support: Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and F&B teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet strategic objectives. Provide design support to other departments as needed.

Trend Awareness & Innovation: Stay updated on the latest design trends, software, and technologies, particularly within the luxury hospitality sector, to ensure our visual communication remains fresh and competitive.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within the hospitality, luxury retail, or agency sector.
• An outstanding portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking, visual design skills, and mastery of layout, typography, and color theory.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is mandatory. Basic knowledge of video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) or UI/UX principles is a significant advantage.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure, manage multiple deadlines, and adapt to feedback.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset.
• Good command of English and Vietnamese.
