Mô tả công việc
- Support daily People & Culture operations and HR administration.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
- Support training coordination and employee development activities.
- Assist with employee relations, disciplinary processes and compliance matters.
- Coordinate payroll data checking, benefits administration and HR reporting.
- Support internal and external audits when required.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related fields.
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality.
- Good knowledge of labor law and HR operations.
- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems; good command of English.
