Mô tả công việc
- Lead and manage Front Office, Housekeeping and Guest Services to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
- Drive guest satisfaction, service excellence and quality standards across all Rooms areas.
- Work closely with Revenue Management and Sales to optimize occupancy, ADR and RevPAR performance.
- Develop and control departmental budgets, forecasts and manpower planning.
- Monitor productivity, cost control and operational KPIs for the Rooms Division.
- Recruit, coach and develop Rooms leadership teams to build a high-performance culture.
- Ensure safety, security, hygiene and regulatory compliance at all times.
- Handle guest escalations and critical issues professionally and promptly.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Rooms operations, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong leadership, commercial mindset and guest-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication skills; fluent in English.
