Mô tả công việc
• Proactively source and develop business for restaurant and bar outlets, including corporate dining, group reservations, repeat guests, local market and account handling
• Drive revenue through group bookings, set menus, beverage promotions, and seasonal offers
(*) Customer Relationship:
• Maintain and update guest and account database
• Track: Guest preferences, dinning patterns, spending behavior
• Use data to: Propose targeted promotions, Increase repeat visits & average check
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with regular and key customers
(*) Internal Coordination:
• Work closely with F&B Manager, Restaurant Manager, Bar Manager and Kitchen to execute promotions and upselling initiatives
• Coordinate with Marketing on F&B promotional activities.
• Coordinate with Finance on: Billing, invoices, credit arrangements
• Support outlet operation in: Group reservations, Set menu confirmation, Special requests & dietary requirements
(*) Reporting & Performance Tracking:
• Monitor bookings, revenue, and sales performance.
• Prepare regular sales and revenue reports (weekly/monthly).
• Key indicators: Revenue by outlet, cover and average check
• Propose initiatives to improve restaurant and bar performance.
Scope Exclusion:
• This position does not cover Event, Banquet, Wedding, or MICE sales.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B / Restaurant / Bar Sales within a 4–5-star hotel or upscale dining environment.
- Good analytical & reporting skills.
- Basic understanding of: F&B revenue drivers, Cost awareness.
- Ability to work closely with operation teams in a fast paced environment.
- Strong sales, communication, and customer relationship skills.
- Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
- Proficient in MS Office; Resdiary knowledge is an advantage.
