• Follow consistently the highest standard of quality of food as per head chef guidelines
• Preparing and plating cold dishes
• Ensure that the station maintain the highest standard of hygiene and food safety
• Report any issues to the head chef or sous chef
• Keep a positive and professional approach with co-workers

Yêu cầu công việc
• Minimum 1 year of experience as chef de partie in similar establishment
• Bachelor degree in culinary arts
• Passion for cooking
• Understanding of various cooking techniques and procedures in western food
• Ability to work under pressure with speed and accuracy
• Basic knowledges in health and safety standards
• Preferably basic english speaking and writing
• Flexible working time depending on business level
Woking hour:
Split shift 10.30am-2.30pm/5.00pm-10.30pm
1 day off per week (Sunday)
