As an Italian Chef consultant, we rely on you to:

Consult on the development, enhancement, and upgrading of Italian cuisine menus in line with 5-star resort standards.

Provide guidance on culinary concepts, presentation styles, and quality standards for the Italian restaurant(s) within the resort.

Conduct hands-on training and coaching for the kitchen team, including recipe transfer and cooking techniques.

Develop the culinary skills, technical knowledge, and Italian cuisine mindset of local kitchen staff.

Advise on the selection of high-quality and suitable ingredients, ensuring consistency and availability.

Propose cost optimization solutions while maintaining premium culinary standards.

Work on a short-term or long-term consultancy basis, depending on resort requirements.

We are looking for someone who is:

A formally trained culinary professional with a strong foundation in Italian cuisine.

Possesses extensive knowledge of both traditional and contemporary Italian cooking.

Currently residing and working in Vietnam (preferred).

Available for flexible engagement: one week per month over the next three months, or a continuous three-month placement.
