Mô tả công việc
o Process reservation by email, telephone, central reservation system referral.
o Prepare confirmation letters and systematically archived.
o Process amendments such as extensions, shortens, stay details modification.
o Manage no show/ cancellations according to cancellation policies.
o Develop and maintain a regular pattern of sales calls
o Maintain high level of product and service knowledge.
o Understand special rates, promotions, offers from Sales team
o Liaise with Front Office to ensure guest’s special requests are fulfilled.
o Process booking deposit/payment by credit card, bank transfer, etc...
o Monitor room inventory and report to Res & E-com Manager accordingly.
o Prepare reports as requested.
o Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Yêu cầu công việc
o Computer skill: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Opera, OTA extranets, …
o Strong sense of urgency, able to prioritize and delegate tasks.
o Guest service oriented.
o Strong sense of commitment and of unquestionable integrity.
o Well organized.
