Quản lý Yến tiệc - Hội nghị (Banquet Manager)

- Directly responsible for the banquet & meeting room area, ensuring a smooth running, profitable operation within the framework of the hotel.

- To liaise with events and sales to ensure that the client's requirements are satisfactorily met and if possible exceeded.

- To supervise the banquet employee team to ensure maximum productivity and customer satisfaction is achieved.

- To coordinate timely, effective staff briefings to ensure correct information is being passed through to service staff and those superior service standards are being maintained.

- Achieve departmental budget goals by maintaining profits through increased sales revenue and efficient cost expenditure.

- To be responsible for the banquet department's financial impact on the monthly department profit & loss statement.

- To develop and implement employee & supervisor training plans quarterly in conjunction with human resources department.

- To implement a departmental daily training program.

- To be responsible for all aspects of employee management including hiring and discipline in conjunction with the director of food and beverage.

- To be responsible for maintaining outlet safety and sanitation standards at all times.

- Enforce company sanitation checklist by having all restaurants inspected on a monthly basis.

- To be responsible for asset management of all outlet property and facilities.

- Conduct a preventative maintenance inspection on a monthly basis.

- To respond to guest inquiries or concerns within 24 hours in what is deemed the appropriate manner.

• Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the same position at Hotels/ Resorts.
• Good knowledge of beverages, decoration, fabric, and creativity
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Proficient computer literate and management skills.
• Hardworking, eager to learn and proactive in work.
